Bridging the Future of Emergency Medicine Across Sri Lanka

Registration & Payment
  • All fees must be paid in US Dollars (USD) or Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).
  • Full payment is required upon registration via credit card (Visa/MasterCard) or bank transfer.
  • Registrations are confirmed only after receipt of full payment.
  • Any applicable local taxes (e.g., VAT) are included in the registration fee.​
Postponed or Cancelled Event
  • If the event is postponed, your registration will automatically transfer to the new dates. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of notice.
  • If the event is cancelled, a 100% refund (excluding bank/processing fees) will be issued.
Travel & Accommodation
  • Delegates are responsible for their own travel and lodging arrangements.
  • Please review hotel cancellation policies directly with your selected accommodation provider.
Insurance & Liability
  • Participants are advised to obtain travel, health, and accident insurance.
  • The organisers accept no responsibility for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event.
Force Majeure
  • The organisers shall not be liable for any loss due to events beyond their control, including natural disasters, civil unrest, travel restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances that may affect the event.
Photography & Media
  • By attending, participants consent to the use of their image in conference-related photos, recordings, or promotional material.
Privacy
  • Your contact information may be used by the event organisers and relevant stakeholders for conference-related communications only. Please contact secretary@slcep.lk if you do not wish to be included in delegate lists or promotional content.
